wt i meant was when some1 sends u a file through bluetooth or infrared .. its appers on ur Beamed foler that is inside ur internal memory that is only 16mb.. how do u make the beamed file.. like a person sends me a file (20mb) and i direct it to go to the external memory (memory stick).. is that possible.. plz help..

And yes, usable space on Mem Cards is under 80% of rated capacity (For one, things like Formating eat up space AND for another, there are System related info stored that bloats used space)
I often use the same stick in P Series AND my S700. Thou the later doesnt show the documents / folders of my P910, the free space is reduced to that extent.

you can connect via PC suite with bluetooth. All of your other BT managers must be uninstalled though or you get a port conflict.
Then use the PC suite to open the folder you want by clicking on the P910 icon, and then copy/pasting the file you want to copy into that folder. It takes an age though! (e.g. a 25Mb movie took about 10 minutes this way, whereas to plug in the MS to the computer and copy/paste took about 1 min)
