The User Guide doesn't have much, except for a note on Page 17 in the booklet.

Incase, the connector ribbon's conked off, your best bet is a SE doctor ,as Luke puts. Preferably Auth Serv Center. If in UK, just PM another Esato Member who is an old hand, think he's nick is: "djkizlive" ..

My P910i's keypad went a bit flaky on me - the numeric side worked correctly once in a while (the keys didn't return the value on the key) whilst the alphabetic side worked fine.

Brought a new keypad, now it works fine.

Had the same annoying problem with my keypad to the point where I decided just to get rid of the phone altogether before the better of me sends it up in a pile of trash in bits and pieces. Before I did, and thinking I wasnt gonna lose anything, I backed up my phone and did an upgrade.

It's been 4 days since and the keypad has had no problems. I continue to observe. It's strange, to say the least, as I always suspected it'd be a hardware problem. I didnt even consider buying a new keypad thinking its just gonna happen again.

If this stays well the way it is now, this phone just earned a new lease on life with me. I used to say how much more reliable my P800 was but I'm giving this SE flagship phone a chance and I'm hoping it doesnt dissapoint and end my loyalty to SE.

guys... got another problem with my flip... whenever i remove my flip the messaging program wont work. it just hangs. this only happens when the flip is removed. works well when put it back on.

the only 3rd party software installed is the latest version of Sman. FW is R5A02

has anyone experienced this w/ their P910i?

guys, i experienced the same problem as you do in your flips. well what i did is.. i accessed the service menus>service tests. I assume everybody knows that, the up, *, down, down, *, down, *. . i tested all the keys and to my surprise, everything worked well!

so i reformatted the c drive and everything worked well. can you guys list all the apps installed in your p910i's. one program should be common, and i assume that would be the culprit.
