how the hell can you blow a £30 SD card completly out of the water?
Amnesia has offered a full refund to the person for his mistake.
and i still fail to see how you dont see eBay as a auction house, you place "bids" on items, now the last time i checked the only place you place bids is at an auction?
and why the big hoohar about Amnesia avoiding fees?
when was the last time you saw eBay pay their tax? OH, i get it they dont! yeah thats right, all the millions and millions of pounds they make all over the world doesnt get taxed.
can we please, please, please drop the subject and agree to disagree?

I meant, Am (in the other thread), you can set your auctions so that ONLY UK registered eBayers can bid on them. I know you stated it, but you can actually make it UK-only.

I agree with the fact that Abs said ebay is a venue not an auction house, they themselves don't auction items, they allow other's to list and auction their own items.
And i think everyone makes mistakes and, i'm pretty sure Amnesia has learned from the listings. Just like I made the mistake of not putting down another bid
