A better screen and browser than Iphones, otherwise I'm not interested.

Whatever it's called, I'm sure SE will avoid any label even remotely associated with P990...

Just my .02 cents but something like the image below would be great. Im not a fan of the i-phone at all. However The touchscreen UI on the i-phone is to me a logical choice to go with smart phones. They just need to work on the on screen qwerty keyboard!

It's nice - but it's got no keyboard. ..I want something like this: a smaller phone- module with a tiny lcd- screen for status- messages, some control buttons for the music- player, and so on.. Which you can put on the table, and have project a holographic touch- sensitive 16 inch screen, and a full qwerty keyboard.

lol you guys are complaining about a fast processor... the p1i definitely can benefit from more speed...it might be usable but it's definitely not ideal.. iphone politics aside.. has the processing power which is seen in the eyecandy is easily shows off...

the p1i can't even handle a mailbox properly... (but that might just be bad software design)

Yeah, the p1 has a smaller processor than most other units. And the inbuilt mail- app isn't exactly a work of art, and it could absolutely be quicker. And a better way to integrate it with the contacts would be first on the list, if someone asked me what should be done if they were going to remake the entire thing. Right after the way attachments are stored.

And it's probably not necessary to have a better processor to achieve that.

p.s.: eyecandy...

No, I'm sure the phone is cool and all. The zoom and flip on the web- browser for instance is nice to watch, for instance.

..Then again, so was that video- clip.
