@Stolleman:
One Wakaba (manufactured in 2003) has a front facing camera and is equipped with 8MB of flash memory.
The second Wakaba (manufactured in 2002) has no camera and is equipped with 16MB of flash memory.
Both Wakabas are UMTS units. There exist also some EDGE Wakaba units, but I've never owned one.
They are very different if you compare them from the hardware point of view.

@torshammer:
The R320 GPRS on the left is a boxed one, unused, in original condition, with original Atlantic Blue antenna and original screen protector.
The R320 GPRS on the right has been lightly used and its antenna has been replaced by an R520 triband one.
Not so obviously, these Hedvigs differ in exterior color.

@Stolleman:
It is exactly the same box as retail R320 phones come in, with the same accessories and English and German user manuals. The only difference is a missing IMEI sticker on the box. Why would they manufacture different boxes for 20 or so demo units?

@Collector
LemonTea sold this boxed prototype, an white box i know but The design on the CD cover was made.
Why would they manufacture different CD covers for 20 or so?

@Stolleman: It is difficult to generalize. AFAIK, Sony Ericsson prototypes always come in white boxes. R520m Trial Units have different box print. R320 GPRS have ordinary R320 boxes. Prototype R250s PRO phones have ordinary boxes. Original prototype boxes are more rare than the prototypes themselves. Let's collect prototype boxes...

@Collector
It all seems to be a mystery, at least for me. I think there is no right or wrong when it comes to prototypes and their boxes.
My boxed Wakabas box is plain white and has the label with matching IMEI plus a little sticker on the front, simple and clean.
Of course we should collect prototype boxes, with matching phones

@stolleman @collector Why do you open the boxes? Now they are used. Unused prototype boxes must be rare.
@stolleman What is your take on the top-10 list?

@Stolleman:
Yes, but there is a plenty of Trial Units, be it R520m (many hundreds, if not thousands) or Wakaba (hundreds).
Anything marked as a "Trial Unit" was mass produced, so each network provider could get a few units.
The R320 GPRS, on the other hand, is very rare animal and network operators received R520m Trial Units instead.
@torshammer:
You know the feeling when unboxing stuff. Now imagine unboxing unused prototypes.
And then imagine Ericsson employees throwing thousands of prototypes to trash... Or crushing them instead...
