The best way to handle this little conundrum, is, in my experience, start a mutiny. Get yourslf a megaphone, some decent electrical tape, canned food (in case it turns into a seige), and make some propoganda leaflets about how much of a cock your boss is. Spread leaflets liberally through the workforce, all the while shouting down any disagreeing people with the megaphone.Tie up and gag your boss, then wreck his office in front of his very eyes. Try to hold out for at least a couple of days, but going a fortnight should ensure media coverage of your plight.
