@Stolleman and torshammer:
yes we all would like to have phones that we miss badly, probably it will never be possible to have every phone just for one collector.....know what? and if we put all our collections together and open the most impressive Ericsson museum?
Anyway Stolleman, your idea is wonderful, I would give just any phone of my collection for a new, android based R380a, maybe a bit thinner as the old model, but still with the external antenna. I ask myself if this is possible to realise....?
Just bought a brand new battery for my GF388 (I like that green liquid keypad) and now the power lasts and lasts several days

This is a beautiful piece. The R250d PRO. The Rock. The TDMA (DAMPS) version of the R250s PRO.
TDMA in US is by the way closed.
Only the Rock combined a high-impact BALLISTECH" rubber overmold frame with an XTREME-SEAL" body design to give water, shock and dust resistant performance. It even met U.S. military standards for rugged environments.
It had two-way radio features and PRO-group calling. The antenna for this is visble on top.
Thanks @tigerente

@torshammer
superb R250d PRO, got one too, it is an incredible phone! Something else, what is that white slider phone you have in your collection? Normally it was Nokia to produce slider phones, isn't it?
Something else again: I discovered this:
http://www.t28s.com/
Cool that someone dedicates a wepage to the old T28s, but I think it is not fair that these people use my pictures to make publicity for the phones they want to sell. I wrote them a mail, they have not shown any reaction yet.

@bucheral The slide phone below is based on a GF788. I dont think it is Ericsson made. Must be someone outside Ericsson that has experimented with a new front side including slide instead of flip. Interesting experiment.

I think it's a third party front, it was not only for Nokia changeable fronts were made
I got this GF768 with a third party front and it's made in some kind of metal, it has to be the first time you see a GF968

Yes, this is aftermarket, now and then something like this appears on the bay.

I have recently got hold of a couple more prototypes.
Two are early T68 protos. One is a famous T68 Sharkfin and the other is a white display frame without external antenna.
The story is that these were the two in the hands of the management team and they decided to go for the one
without external antenna with the votes 6 to 1. The color display T68 was a success, but maybe even the Sharkfin would have made success. Who knows?
T68 Sharkfin
T68 without external antenna.
