pico projector module is big...better they try to make an accessories for it instead of making a thick phone by building it into the phone..... can always use WiFi for transmitting video data to that accessories.

2 phone are still not announced the android Vivaz and X10mini/pro successor
As for as prototype's where leaked Android Vivaz looks mid range and nothing special expect for front cam[it neither looks sexy or high end] then there is nothing NEW[XPERIA NEO] in Android Vivaz.
And for X10mini DUO name doesn't really fits for it. DUO sud means Two or Dual core.
If its Xperia DUO mini and Xperia Duo mini Pro[Name looks really weird for mini successor]
Xperia Neo/Duo name is really confusing
