Indeed this thread may slightly be going off topic, but I doubt any solution would have been reached if it hadn't got out in the open and other people's opinons voiced.
As you could see coxy was leaving a bad reference in the ATZOTT, so clearly he had no other choice, and this seems to have helped find a way of sorting it out, as Sammi seems to be kindly offering a refund.
