i think the Nokia 6630 is pretty reasonable for size, weight and battery life and it is a smartphone. And this phone is already out in some country. I know it can only do videophone with a plug-in stand but the smartphone capability would be more than enough to compensate for this. imo, it would emerge to be one of the best sellers in 3G.

every day companies do R&D to make components smaller. but the phones don't get smaller. why? well because we want more stuff to do with it. so they put in more, the room saved by making the old components smaller isn't enough for the new ones.
i personnally like the size of a P910. the screen is big enough and its not really big to hold in your hands.
but it know the next Pxxx will be bigger. cause it will do so much more.
as for normal phones they are slowy getting bigger aswell, but so are there screens. remember the very first phones? the phones of today are still twice as small

Time shall tell whether or not it will sell well, but I think its problems in making video calls will negatively effect its popularity. Video calls are one of the main features of 3G; it does seem somewhat strange that Nokia should impair their product in this manner.
Again the fact that it is a smartphone seems to be put across as being a major advantage, but as I, and Vlamm, have said before, the 3G market is very much orientated towards the non-business user at the moment. At this stage most 3G customers do not seem particuarly interested in smartphone capabilities.

Nokia sucks! I had so many (6150, 7110, 6600), and all were shit. The operating system isn't good at all, buggy and crash-endangered. Sony Ericsson and Samsung have more innovations and quality in there mobiles. No same chip-set in different shells.

I like P910 size since I use a PDA, and it's smaller than mine. The screen is the right size and weight is ok. But I want a phone, and that should be small.
PDA smart phones are still too big, for a phone.

well i use a P910i and T610 everday.
i've got use 2 of my providers. one for calling during the day and internet, the other one for sms/mms and calling during the night/weekends.
my T610 isn't used that much, i've been messaging much less lately, since i can e-mail. only 7euro for unlimited GPRS now thats sweet
