Hey Chris,
Here is what I wrote:
To whom it may concern,
We s700i users are continuing to have rebooting problems with our phones, and are continuing to receive unsatisfactory service. SE says continuously that this is an unknown problem concerning the telephone, and that a software upgrade will repair the problem. With this being the case, I have come to the following conclusion:
1. SE in the UK simply does not know about the problem even thought SE Sweden, SE Finland and SE Germany all acknowledge there is fault in the phone when placed on or near electrical devices, to include: PC’s T.V.’s metal tables, refrigerators, etc. This would then lead to the fact that SE UK is not being feed the correct information.
2. SE UK, are a bunch of liars and know that there is a problem, and are simply ignoring the paying and soon to be lost customers.
3. SE UK is inept.
Please inform as to which best fits SE UK. We, the purchasers and users of the s700i have been patient with the service so far, however we know that there is a problem with the phone and continual denials no longer suffice. Included are telephone number of SE contacts that can verify the problem with the phone as well, as the website listing users who are having this problem. We also know that SE is planning to release a new group of phones within the next few weeks to months, and the soon to be published information about the problem with the s700i may have a negative effect on those sales.
The SE service guys in Finland contact details are:
Marko Bergrstrum +35892992000
Maria (last name unknown) Maifon +358953030800

They told me that they need about two weeks but that they think that a software solution might work, but regardless they are sure SE will have to do something. Do you want to call the guys here in Finland and see what they say? The number is in the previous posts. Use the one for Marko.
