i had my frist T68m flully replaced because my screen was scratch (well it was broken). they gave me a brand new one without asking questions, and it was a gold one. i used it for 4 monhts i loved it, but i missed the grey one, so i changed the cover for free in the service center. now i've got 2 T68m grey in a bad shape lieing here at home. all i need now is a good working golden T68
but i think its possible if you are well connected to /// to get old software. they most store it in a sort of history box i think
golden child, nice name

you can still get the rubber batteries at expansys. well both the batteries are working great, just like new. and the rubber is still good. one is missing a slidekey, you can't see the number on some buttons (although i can't see the 5 on my T610 and i've had it for 2 months lol). the name T68m is one on one. but for the rest they are good.
joystick counter not much, because of the updates. max i once had was about 78000 which is think is alot for 6months

I think they have old FW in Lund, since they have flashed a R310s not long ago (belonged to a friend of mine)
Oh, about the T28 clock, mine keeps the time just fine so far anyway I'd suggest you return it to Mobilvasa ASAP, they still had 9 left when I got mine.
@bart
I was/am very pleased with the S55! I consider it a definite step up from the T68i actually! Although I have a soft spot for (Sony)Ericsson, I really hold all my phones in high regard, they have all served me well!
If youd like, i can search around for a genuine /// gold shell for your ex-goldie!
Btw, my baby-blue T39m is missing in the pic, it has developed a bad habit of sounding like the computer speakers when you get an incoming call and the phone is close, only mine sounds like that through the earpiece all the time during calls..

Oh well, hope they can cure it, it's actually the better looking one of the two I have..

Its weird that the service points dont have the m fw anymore. It would be a great thing to make upgrading for m possible aswel.
