MMS: APN=sunmms, Gateway IP=202.138.135.78, Message Server=mmscenter.suncellular.com.ph
Can somebody confirm if this is the working settings.

You can try 202.138.159.078 both wap and mms profiles.
apn = mms
server name is ok.
kindly check it out if it will work.
