i used to have the same problem. They kept on telling me that activated na mms and gprs ko sa system nila and that wait na lang 24 hours blah blah. When i can't wait anymore i told this guy i talked with to DEACTIVATE my gprs and mms sa system nila and then to activate it again. That day may access na ko.

yeah sometimes it works when you ask them to do a refresh on your account
minsan kasi, Kahit activated sa system yun kung hindi na trigger sa switch, wala pa den e.
