The really early builds were like that. The later ones seem to have rock solid battery covers. It's just a shame that the quality issues seemed to have moved elsewhere (or should I say reappeared) e.g. the loose screen.

ye...software is perfect but it has which ive noticed recently:
battery cover - slightly loose and clicks when pressed
earpiece cover plastic - raised where it meets screen and can be pushed dows
1 dead pixel in screen(no biggie but...)
camera ring glow - blue glow can be seen outside the metal ring though a little gap, so may cause dust
back cover occasionally creaks
they are only tiny things i know but the battery cover will irritate me because it always wobbles and clicks when im texting so may as well get it replaced as soon as i can....I still really love the phone though

You're not going to believe this...
I've just been to Oxford Street. It's a nice big store so I thought they'd be new stock and everything would be fine. Wrong.
I got on the train and checked the week build. Unfortunately it's another week 41, so older than my last. But that's not necessarily an issue if it's well built.
But I could see it wasn't straight away; lose battery cover and screen, again.
Worse still, I switched it on, and it's been used before. Yep, someone else's calls.
So it'll be back for number 7 tomorrow. This is getting really, really stupid. Never have I had so much grief with a phone. In fact, I've never even had to have a phone replaced before.
