Well after waiting a while 3 weeks I finally got my hands on a hiss free T610 from the CPW.
I went in today, to my local store in Coventry Business Park, and told the lady that R3a are the ones without the problem. She went out back and to my surprise came back with one!!!
It is 03W22 R3A. Finally!!

the phone is faulty so you have the right to a replacement, as many times as it takes to get a fault free phone! I gave mine back, they guy checked it and agreed it is faulty, so I got a refund of £300 though I payed £299.99 lol
though when the guy was giving me options about what I could do, he didnt mention that I could get a refund, so I said, "you policy states that I an get a refund" I think CPWH are trying to make people think that they dont offer refund!?!?
I think, some staff are aware while others are not!
