I really wish they wouldn't brand it - it makes it more difficult to sell when you upgrade!

So, the box is not branded but the manual is - then I shall order a replacement manual and the flip and covers from SE

Is there any software branding?

For unlocking, try www.unlockmymobile.com - they do it remotely so it seems!

if everything is branded orange i will phone SE on Monday and see how much it will cost to get an unbranded flip, box and manuals, then let you all know what the damage would be

Am i being unrealistic though, would these "branded" items affect the resell value to warrant buying the unbranded ones?

The box & manuals are not an issue, the flip is NOT branded, only the two tiny covers are (they will, over the year,become extremely cheap to replace). also after your contract just ask orange to unlock the phone so you can sell it easily, although so many OVP virgin users are happy to buy a locked Orange phone secondhand, its never been a problem to me.

Cheers pachy, always good to get someone elses view on it.

Ive gone with onestopphoneshop.co.uk on the £50 per month tariff, so ill keep that for the 3 months then pay up the remainder of the contract, get it unlocked and go back to my O2 sim that still has unlimited text, wap and gprs - saves me a fortune that sim does

For unlocking the P900. Seems like a decent site.

Vermania, can you tell me what shop it was and possibly who served you?
We need to keep tabs on these people who know nothing :|

I played with a P900 for the first time today and I love it, except for the stylus, which I really don't like!

The tip is too fat!

@Dazultra2000

re: P900 stylus

I actually like the stylus. With the P800 I used my Clie stylus for the last 2 moths as I found the standard P800 stylus difficult to use. I find the new P900 stylus allows me to be more accurate than the P800 stylus and the Clie one. However, I wish it was just a bit longer.
