unlike some of you, many, like myself do not own multiple phones (or multiple lines). So a feature-rich phone for practical daily use is quite desirable. Hence many went for the Series60 phones because they r the most balanced in terms of features/price/practicality.
so i believe SE maybe "slowly losing it" in smartphone. I think most people still see the
P series as PDA instead of smartphone. Maybe that's why the P series fortune (i.e. sales) is mimicking the declining PDA market. On the other hand smartphones like Series60, Treo, RIM and MSSmartphone sales growing at breakneck speed.
Some of u said that smartphone segment is small and not important. nonetheless it is one area of great growth and enormous potential which should not be ignored.

Smartphones, as I said, are the future phones, that's why SE has to improve P series to become a real Smartphone and loose that PDA look, because future money from the mobile business is going to be on this devices.

As I said early`er in this thread . SE needs an serie60 phone with or without 3G . Every big phone company has an series60 phone but only SE hasn`t got any ...
I can totaly agrree with somebody who said that Nokia 6630 will be a bestseller . If only SE would make a such a phone and WITH videocall function ... Oh it would be a very very big step ...
And Nokia just have realeased again a new series 60 phone - 3230 I think it will be very succesfull because with it`s price .
At this moment Nokia has 11! series 60 phones .
SE - 0
If SE will not introduce any series 60 phones on next 3-4 q. than I think the market share will be reducing and reducing ...
