Hi, is there any way to sync to Outlook (update emails and contacts) as per Windows based phones?

RMJ, in fact outlook is the only PIM you can syn with the PXXX series.

Thnx Musikfreakah, is that a one time download or can you keep updating the sync with the latest emails? Also I thought I read about a Skype version that you could use on a mobile through Wifi, can you on the P990? Phoned o2 Friday and they confirmed they still have the release date for 14th Aug, think I can hold out.....

For MSFT always-on "Direct Push" functionality on the P990i or M600i, see here:

This client software will keep your Outlook mail, calendar, PIM always up-to-date and also allow for Global Adress Lookup. I currently use this on my M600i and with the exception of a few bugs (which I'm working with a Dataviz engineer to resolve), the software is easy to setup and use.
