"This time around the successor to the QSD82xx platform from X10 is not ready for production. Apart from that Sony Ericsson decided not to use this new chipset in order to lower production costs. Much like in Arc case MSM7630 is used but with the maximum recommended rate of 1GHz instead of 800MHz used in HTC Desire Z for example. "
What does he mean? Is it clocked higher in arc? Not ready for production?
I think he means both Arc and Halllon are running the MSM7630 at 1GHz, as compared to the HTC Desire Z which is running it at 0.8GHz.

2011 sounds interesting, and I for the name of hallon I bet for duo standing for the dual camera (only android se to have one front and rear). And the Neo could be the fashionable Ericsson contribution to SE.

That makes me think arc is more of a "design phone" and the real flagship will come later
