but what exactly is the problem? no one received an answer from SE? why don't they repair the update file or why don't they put a warning on the site?

Hey guys, you do not need to pay DaVinci to fix this problem if you have it. You just need to do a rename like what I did. I got his idea from another forumer in page 7 of this thread (I think)

hey etjazz,
If you have flashed your phone before and still have the old firmware version (like R1J002 or R1L002), you can trick the update service by copying these versions to the software-data folder at the moment the service asks you to unplug the phone and press C while reconnecting it. You should rename those files to the R1N035 filenames so that the service will recognize it as R1N035 when really it is not. However, you would still have a communication error but by then you can use your camera.
I found this idea from marct on page 4 of this thread and I quote:Quote:

i flashed my phone back to R1L002. good thing i haven't deleted the R1L files from my pc when i upgraded from R1J. What I did was to start the update, then when it comes to the part where I have to turn off the phone, I rename the R1L files to the filenames of the R1N035 files.
now i'm back on R1L and my cam's working again
for those who've updated their phones to R1N035, do you still have the R1N035 files on your PC? Is it possible for me to have a copy so I could try flashing my phone with them? If it works then everybody else who had the same problem as I did could do the same.
Hope this helps.

Is Mp3 transfert problem a new security against piracy or just a new bug ?

FINALLY!!!! Thanks Armando!
I did the master reset thing once, and it didn't work. However the second time I tried, it did.
This is the trick: After you have done the master reset, DO NOT start the phone and enter the pin code - just turn it of and start the update process from SE's website!
This works fine, but you will have to do one more master reset after the update to get all the languages(just like Armando said)
.... enjoy!

I dont think it is a security against piracy. Transferring certain amount of mp3 files resulting in corruption on personal data? Hmmm.....I really wonder......I think I will switch back to R1L now. I do not want to sacrifice my personal data for the benefit from R1N firmware. After all, I rarely use the phone to take video clip, and I've got no bluetooth issue before R1N. R1N did teach me a lesson. Better wait to see the user feedback first instead of getting overly excited over new firmware version. Though the firmware is not perfect, I must say that K750i is indeed a good phone. It has basically all functions I need that I dont think I need to get a new phone in the next 2-3 years.

Yeah,
It's a really good phone, i was before on nokia, but since i took the k750 i'm very surprised and i don't fink to come back to nokia for a long time now.
I updated my k750 the first time because of freeze problem, i tried to update to R1N to have a better camera, but in fact the R1N instand of correcting bugs arrived with new big bugs.
