Are you under a firewall?
Try bridging to see what happens =]

No im not under firewall,what happens is first phone try to connect with pc and asks for passkey in pc and then in phone.
Then a network access prompt comes up,but when i click to allow,it asks to pair again.
I think this is where the problem lies..
and when i pair again,phone says adding and continues the screen indefinitely.
I have to restart the phone to go back.
or if i dont add it just goes back and doesn't connect..
So is there any way to stop those annoying prompts every time?

@c_vignesh
Your welcome budy!
yes you can use the update service in your phone.. but I think it's safer to do so with the SEUS program
I've updated my phone trhu SEUS, and everything worked just fine..
I think its more stable.. cause a BT connection may disconnect while the update... and that is not safe!!
@shyam335
strange this you are telling... seems that your PC isn't recording your phone...
did you try adding your phone under the menu "Add a bluetooth device" at My bluetooth places?
There you're prompt to set a pass key, than click agroup... than just follow what it says.
I think there must be an option to set remember the phone.. but I haven't set nothing like this... just added my phone at the "add bluetooth device", set the passkey, agrouped
and it never asked me to pair again
Anyway I'm taking a look here to see if I find anything related.. then I'll post
=]

pair the phones before you try the network access. Also go into the authorisation tab andclick the "network access" box.

@pedrops
sorry for the very late reply.. i have installed widcomm 5.1 coz 5.0 the patch didnt work.. it sez Zero (0) bytes patched... blah blah blah..
but when i used 5.1 the patch automatically worked.
the weird thing is.. i dont have Connection (1) like yours, all i have is 2 and 3. i dont have WAN or whatever.
:: EDIT ::
I think i found the key to this mishap... did i say im on a LAN.. and not having control with my router/modem.

connection might have an odd number depending.
Mine is "Local Area Network 3" bridged with "Bluetooth Network".
Important thing is the "LAN" connection you use should be the one that connects your computer to your router.

yep thats it... its my LAN that connects to the DSL.
all in all i only have 2 connections
1.) My LAN that is connected to the DSL
2.) Bluetooth LAN (powered by PAN)
and if i make a bridge that would be my 3rd connection.
so wots in store for me now?!

once you have that bridge, make sure you can still use the internet! If you can, then go to phone and open the browser, what happens?
If nothing happens, ensure pairing is still good and make sure both computer and phone have "always allow" authority for eachother.
I'm a bit behind in this thread, can you step me through what you are doing start to finish?

actually when i bridge the connections, my LAN is automatically set to 192.168.0.1
and unfortunately i cannot connect to the internet... i have a feeling that sounded like a bad news... isnt it?!
the steps that i went thru, well i have followed yours, every bit of it... then installed widcomm drivers given the link of pedrops.
right now... this whole thing is about to tick me off...
