Ok all,took my daughters t300 for upgrade 2day and it now has R1G001 SW,dont no if this is new or wot but thought i'd mention it,there is also a new poly intro that wasnt there b4. This message was posted from a T68i

Keeping this thread alive... the t300 is offically in the shop... and they said it would take 3-5 business days to idenify the problem or they would give me a new phone. So hopefully they fix the earpiece volume and give me new firmware to delete all pre installed i'll keep evryone posted.

Have you tried the other reboot trick... Do master reset and then load all your games via infrared or cable make sure you fill up the memory. then go and delete all the preinstalled items. I did it and got about 700, I've never tried the 13 sec trick though.
