Been getting the same message over and over again saying that my phone has no new updates because it has the latest software already and I know for a fact that's not true because my firmware is still R1L002. Mine is APAC_1. Is the server in Asia not updated?

just updated mine (w800i) and it worked just fine
. all you need when shit doesn't work is PATIENCE

well dunn maytie! its all about patience... since everyone in the world needs this update.. itll logically make the server busy. a little bit of luck and 3 lumps of patience.. eerrr.

I encountered, so i do a master reset then update again, it seems to be successful.
but after i checking the software, still got some problem, like phone language missing and customization info still the old version.

U mean after master reseting u finished updating ur F/W without "Script Error" message AND STILL your customization says R1N035??????
