What program did you use to apply the patch? Did you manage to open the phone with FAR manager. If not, open the phone with far and apply the correct patch you want from the FAR's FLASH menu.

the .ssw files are the main fake (these files allow FAR MANAGER to access your phone's File System[FS])

i customize my k750i.. i followed 3ricks method... but my phone is not turning on..... i followed the method exactly coz we hae the same firmware.. i flash it back to rest_K750_R1DB001.bin coz thats my previous firmware... please help me...........

@ 3rick, brilliant tutorial, cant thank u enough. Been in and out of my w700 like ten times, changed menu layout, walkman skin, acoustics and all. @alipentium, use all k750_w800 files except at the end when u want to use the REST file.

And guys watch out if u have the k750 CHINA MAIN firmware. Like reolnino had it, your phone wont turn on when you use the REST k750 R1CA021 to reflash your k750 using FAR. I've seen it happen to two phones only of that exact firmware, nothing wrong when used with other firmwares in my experience. But if you've got a copy of the k750 CHINA MAIN firmware file you can reflash only MAIN using XS and your modifications are still effective, except, obviously, for patches.

did you take out the battery? you need to flash it back with the original main.

my mate, this method is obsolete, i'd say. use this one
