I do not know the quality of the photo taken has improve or not, but I know the version is 3.10.
Oh By The way, I found something new, before upgrade, even the K700 automatically shut down because of low battery, I still able to power it, but of course it will only last for few seconds. But now with this new version R2AE033, it doesn't allow me to power it back, instead, the power button LED blinks 9 times.
Anyone notice it? Or is it just my phone?

It turned up the R2AE was a developer version. And that explained why some of the service center didn't carry the update and was not placed online...

OK, finally got R2AE033 in Belgium today. I has multicharacter phonebook search. Can't confirm any other fixes yet, but one strange thing has happened.
My phone was an O2 (UK)-branded k700. Now it's not, sort of. The start-up and shut-down screens are gone, as is the top-left icon on the main menu.
Except that when you move into the empty space, it reappears. And when you move away from it, it disappears again, replaced by a solid black box.
Weird, eh?

R2AE033 is OFFICIAL LATEST VERSION for
EU*/EMEA*/AL*/HK/China !!!
R2AG001 is OFFICIAL LATEST VERSION for
US1/2 K700 !!!
if you want to know something ask !?! don't just confuse people and spread rumors...
