I have downloaded the floAt's Mobile Agent but for some reasons, it can't detect my phone!!! I have plugged the USB cable in but no detect.

Any helps?

I think you can backup the contacts to your PC using that Sync-thingie which was included on the CD in the package.

There's a program called floAt's Mobile Agent, makes sync/backup contacts/sms messages/programs easier....

After all the failed updates, i just left the downloaded firmware files in the folder and tried the master reset thing and it worked.

when i called SE the person on the other line said that there was a corruption of some file already on the phone, but i tried explaining that the camera worked perfectly until i tried updating, but he did not seem to understand, it was on my brothers phone that the camera problem happened and its an unbranded unlocked k750i, neway back to SE, he just claimed there was something wrong with my phone in the begining, saying that a file was corrupt which led the updating to mess up, going to try the master reset thing hopfully it will work

pay 10 euro's for a davinci account get yourself a R1L002 with a custom CDA and go to SEUS and get the new R1N035 thats about it.
