P1 is too small for me, i want biggest screen i can get & i'm gonna wait for a P990 replacement that has GPS, i'm sure that wont b long until then it's my trusty P990.

Do you mean physical screen size or resolution? The P1 resolution is on a par with the P990 (as is the W960, M600, W950).

I always found the P990 a bit on the bulky side.

I am sure he ment physical screen size. I love the fact that P1 is 25 percentage smaller then P990 but at the end cant accept the fact that the screen is smaller too. I compared P990 screen with W950 and M600 and the difference is huge for my taste.

Seems like Apple has started to release "feature bombs" each day until the full release of the iPhone:

Good news for Europe maybe:

Is this thread dead? iPhone's updates and forthcoming SDK have surely spiced things up a bit. I don't get all these "iPhone is crap" posts at all. It's limited, expensive, but amazing at what it does.

Personally, I am regretting the P1i for the lack of decent apps on UIQ3, basically, SE have not been doing enough to push it. And what is the X1 all about, apart from taking sales off other WinMo phone vendors?

The G series and Moto's Z12 are good signs, but I have a sneaky feeling Apple are just about to blow everyone out of the water, N-Gage included.

N95 is waaaaay better

camera wifi videocam DVD quality....

come on, that's not a good comparison. You should compare the iphone with a motorola Z6

The P990 is a solid business phone only affected by its slowness.

Overall, N95 is the champ here

Yeah, I agree. The iPhone - which we all agree is limited, locked down, will kill any process on an incoming call, can execute one program at a time, and has an SDK so limited it qualifies as a gimmick - IS AWESOME!

And the N95, while it was impossible to use until the fourth version, has horrendous battery life, and serious stability- issues - STILL HAS TREMENDOUS FEATURES OMG!

Seriously, are you people paid to go around pissing off the rest of us, or something? I mean, you're not even funny. "And once the SDK comes out in jan.. feb... march.. er.. april, maybe! Then everything's going to get fixed! And it's getting Activesync! SMARTPHONE, BABY!". You seriously buy this crap, yeah?

With the latest firmware, N95 improves 20% the battery time, which is awesome as you said.

With more ram, ngage games support, etc

Is the best option of all three.

It's a pitty that esato does not have polls in the forum... It would benice to see what people think in numbers....

in a forum such as this where the major interest is , and secondary is probably nokia, I'm not sure such polls would really mean much, would they?

i'm starting to come round to the iphone. Although it is undoughtably over hyped it is very good at what it can do. If the next iphone has at least 3g (prob HSPDA by then) and a keyboard i think i might actually get on the apple bus.

in the mean time - my iriver is getting a bit temperamental so a 32gig touch is looking a good replacement.

p.s. if any1 here has got a touch/iphone how fast can you actually type on the on-screen keypad? i had a play in the apple store and didn't get on well with it at all.
