Yes, although you'd expect shops to have new stock now, and new stock to have the issues resolved. In practice, this isn't necessarily the case.

Up to W44 they still had faults....mine had: creaky back cover, batery cover which wobbled when texting and clicked when u pressed it, it also had a raised earpiece cover

I'm not sure if theres any batches later than that but from what i've heard the best built ones were not the first batches but the middle ones(after first batch, before later FW batches) according to what most people have reported who've had replacements.

My is W39. Creaky cover, dust under lens cover, screen reacts on press...

Since I don't have warranty how much do you think the replacement will cost?

The screen thing still occurs on week 43s (not sure about later). I'm not certain that it's a fault as such.

Why don't you have warranty?

@sebby how do you mean its loose....do u press the top of screen then bottom in rhythm or something...and how much does it wobble?

The screen? When I press it at the top, it moves. I discovered this because it creaks whilst pressed to my ear.
