According an
article at se-nse, the Satio is the one who emits more radiation with 1.5W/kg followed by the Bold 9700

After 2 months of Satio:
-GPS times out without any reason outdoor (using nokia sports tracker and Emondo)
-Ringtone delay when receiving a call
-No support for Satio in SE Theme Creator
-Speaker volume is tiny
-Camera jpeg compression very high
-Bulky (18mm and not 14 as advertised)
+ Screen
+ Missed calls and missed sms green light reminder
+ Great VGA camera recording
+ Homescreens
I think the Satio has still great potentials IF we can customise the homescreens with a future Theme Creator(perhaps never)

When it comes to vodafone i dont think they intend anything to work. They've been known to disable all sorts of features in the past. Mostly to do with downloading or sharing content. Hell, they even turned off Bluetooth in some phones - permenantly.

these tests are useless, where do they measure it from, from the front or the back of the phone, the satio could have the best screening of all phones which means rhe radiation from the front of the phone is less than the rest, this report tells nothing, show me the details of how the test was done, big money involved in mobile market, who sponsored the test ?
