i did the master reset trick and it worked, thanks armando, my brother has been pissed off at me because i tried the update on his phone and the camera stoped working now it works perfectly thanks again you saved me a trip to the SE repair center cheers mate

got it to work with the master reset...

R1L HK to R1N

but the custimization was still R1L

did it again and now it seems to work....

man that was stressful thanks guys

One thing I want to add is that when the phone restarts (after you did a master reset), it takes a bit time.

As i tryed again with the cable to transfer my mp3:s to my K750i...unfortunately...i failed.

Then i tryed with BT...Hasaa !!!

Alltough, the transfer of over 400 MB, takes over 2 hours to finish.

I think this might be just a firmware problem, because i transfer mp3:s to my phone everyday, but after the last K750i update, this conflict has troubled me daily.

I will trye to solve this...if i can....HUA.

i've got another problem with R1N.

Bluetooth & infrared are not able to recieve files. i'm anle to send perfectly but when i try to send files from my pc, it says "no enough memory" although i have 350 mb free on my duo and 30 mb free on my phone.

i tried to update my phone thru SEUS again but it stops at 59%. but the camera works fine b'coz it already had camera 4.5.

can somebody send me the 2 files from R1L002, and i'll rename them r1n... maybe it'll work to go back to r1l firmware.. ? thanks

I successfully updated my mobby to R1N035 with davinci (K750i_R1L002_MAIN_EU_EMEA.DVT
K750i_R1L002_FS_EU2.DVT
CDA102337/10 - Europe2)
and then used the SEUS to update to R1N035.Did master reset (reset all) after R1L update and after R1N update.Everything works fine strong signal (4-5 bars), better picture, no crashes, BT and IRda work just fine.But Im interested in the camera.Can anybody tell me what is the size of any picture file taken with the R1N software.I think there should be a difference in the file size between R1L and R1N.Please help

The same thing happened to me when I tried to upgrade using SEUS. It gave error on 56% and after that camera was not working.

I was able to successfully finish the update following dyndragon's instructions (using DaVinchi to reflash the phone). Thanks dyndragon.
The only difference is that I lost PlayNow icon which is now replaced by standard WAP icon that can be customized (maybe even better), and I lost all settings, contacts, melodies due to the master reset.

I am extremly dissapointed by Sony Ericsson for releasing a buggy update service that crashes phones all over the world.

Hmm maybe good time to take a look on N-series. [evil]
