The screen? When I press it at the top, it moves. I discovered this because it creaks whilst pressed to my ear.

Check out this web page for the sony ericsson bluetooth speaker
http://www.sonyericsson.com/c[....]s/overview/mbs-100?cc=gb&lc=en

On this page it says"If you have purchased a K630i, K850i, V640i, or W910i please update your firmware in the next release in January 2008 for optimal performance."

Could it be true that we have to wait untill january for them to sort out the K850i problems?

On mine i have flash problems. the media player does not work. and pictbridge does not work. all software problems

DaVinci Team has got firmware R1CA037 available now.

I haven't got as far as downloading it yet, so can't offer any clues as to whether it solves all of the bug list in R1CA029.

Sorry.

At the end of the day, if that's my only problem, I'm happy to have that sorted at a service centre, rather than risk a worse handset!

I wish i'd kept my first handset tbh....hopefully this one will reveal a shocking problem or something if the screens gonna be a problem...but the thing is my CPW dont seemt to have any W44 or later stock anymore....and the next local one has no stock at all in green

Make some problems up. Don't worry; within 28 days, they replace them with pretty much no problems.

Are there any former n95 owners in here? or even anyone who was familiar with the build quality problems that had.

Would it be a fair statement to say that the K850s problems are as rife as the N95s were in relation to build quality?

I had an n95 then k810i thn k850i....my n95 had no problems with software and only bad things with build was:
Wobbly slider(so annoying i f**ked up rails trying to fix, and then had to buy new ones )
backlight/keypad light could be seen through side of phone as it wasnt flush...didnt bother me though
housing creaked a little....thats about it.....
