@Korbindallis Thats true.
I guess what everyone would like to see is the SO902i like they have in Japan - a 3.2mp smartphone.

Are SE going back?
Well yes considering the P990i doesn't have proper wi-fi connectivity. SE Fans go on about how the specs for this device are much better than the N91, so can someone explain why it doesn't have 802.11g yet the N91 does?

did you ever stop to think that not everone has wifi? not every country uses it? not everyone wants it, or even knows what it is?
whats the point of putting something in a phone when some people dont know what it even is?
i think the p990 is pretty slick the way it is, it is a major update from the p910, looks fantastic, loads of features.
Let me put it this way, if they brought out a phone, fantastic phone, with absolutly everything you could possibly stick in it, everything everybody is asking for...
a: how f$%*in expensive would it be? would it be affordable?
b: now big would it be? i mean ffs, i want something that aint gonna pull my pants down when its on my waist
c: where would they go from there? this way, in 6months time, tehy can announce a new phone, an update, with a better cam, and wifi....... very smart from a marketting point of viewm that way, if you can afford to get one know, chances are, you can afford to get the update in 6-9 months time
just my two cents

Competition in these device are there to stay! one at the back move forward and the one infront moves back. That is the trend. However, generally SE and NOKIA are ahead.

I think SE is doing a good job. And Nokia can still not put it together. Too many phones way too confusing.

I often seen comments about w900 how its not having anything new and xxx nokia have that feature better and some other model got another feature better and so on. But I still haven't seen another phone with all the features in one model thats better. Sure there are smartphones, but then they shouldn't be compared with w900 they should compare to p990 imho.
Right now I think w900 looks really good though a bit on the heavyer side. Gonna make up my mind if I'll get it after I have had the chanse to test it since more then often pictures/specs don't make the real thing justice.

well.....this is wat ive figured abt the SE market in saudi arabia....ive got a lot of frends...who are nokia fans....
but many of them were really impressed by some of the SE models.....well many of them ...but 80% of them drop the idea of buyin an se.....wen they hear tht they supp no apps.
wat im sayin is....if the s700,k750.w800.w900....were smart phones.....i mean they could have strengthened their market......tht to wen these phones were real big-shots.......
i wish they cum up wid sum gud smart phones.....other than p series...as sum1 said here....
