i dont thnk its illegal to sell fakes on ebay as long as you clearly state that its a fake.....

The whole set up is a joke, I mean what bright spark thought of private bidding ???
Talk about open the flood gates for shill bidding.
Paypal that won't refund your money because the dodgy seller has cleaned out their account and gone.
