Before you guys got carried away by the euphoria, just want to highlight that common sense will tell you that it will be a "record" year for every manufacturers (except siemens) as the market in 2005 hit a "record" 20 percent growth over 2004.

SE 17% sequential growth from Q3 to Q4 2005 just "match" the market growth. This also means that SE is only keeping up with the rest and not outpacing them. There goes the hope of many SE fans that SE will blazingly fast improve in ranking.

mib1800. That is still a 47% increase in profits!!! That is the sign of a company doing very well.

Also, 16.1 million handsets were sold in the last quarter but only 3 million walkman phones sold in the last 6 months, so the whole range is doing well, not just the new Walkman branded phones.
