Send them an email saying that you changed your address due to security reasons (sounds professional)

Whats storage capacity of spymac?
1gb

Is it secure?
As secure as gmail for connections, and they don't read your mail.

Whats the url?
http://www.spymac.com

Is it all free?
Yes

will it provide me privacy?
Read their privacy statement when you register.

They also provide website hosting for free with the email, as well as blog.

I dont get it. Use outlook express, the one in office xp is excellent. Then use your own smtp server for sending emails? The mail servers are those provided by isp. And using outlook you have and advantage of getting your emails getting scanned by a virus protector. Further you foot want to be online each time you want to read an email.
