the only BT headset id consider is the 20 as the rest draw attention and look far from normal hanging on your ear.

but then i also keep my phone on silent 90% of the time where most of you folk probably like the attention.

If you wanna go for the HBH20, why not just accept two feet more cable with a simple plug at the end for $15??
I just saved $185 for you...

well thanks 4 cutting costs 4 me....but no thank u .....i want the HBH20 cuz i like the freedom u have with BT! For example if im charging my fone and on a call simultaneously, i wouldnt be able to run to the kitchen(which is within the BT range) to grab somethin to eat if i have the regular headset!! As i said b4 i dont really fancy the HBH-30...its not discreet!

I completely agree with decoy7

I completely agree with decoy7......id hate to draw attention with that thing hanging on the side of my ear....so i guess the HBH 20 is 4 me.....whereas the HBH-30 is 4 guys who like to draw attention.......
Ur money... Ur headset.....ur choice

Maybe i can help you a little bit with your decision. I have used (and still use ) a HBH-20 for over 1,5 years now.
I bought it for the same reason you're buying it. I needed a headset which was discrete. I didn't want to show of my headset.
I was very pleased when Ericsson put the HBH-20 on the market and bought it right away.
The sales girl also asked me why i wanted a BT headset with a wire. I explained it to her and she still questioned my sanity.
Up until today I have no regret buying it. It still works flawlessly (being used 5 days a week). The only thing that broke was the clip on the back of the transmitter.

I can really recommend this headset.

@linmajon

Wow, you must have the smallest T68i ever made . The transmitter is about half the size of my T39. Not that big (when you consider it's only one fourth the size compared to my P800).

Have you ever tried an official wired headset. The connecter has to be the worst design ever. It disconnected from the phone every two minutes . I got so annoyed with it. Another reason why I needed a BT headset.

200 Dollar !!!!!! Which store has it for that price. I mean talk about high prices. Media Markt (a big electronics store) here in Holland sells it for 77 Euro (about 86 Dollar).
I'm thinking af buying a second one should my first one ever stop to work. I doubt we'll ever see a new headset from SE which uses this concept.

IMHO the average ear will not hear any quality difference between the HBH-35 and the HBH-30 (I tried the -35 and I have great hearing! - pardon?) so the only other main difference is battery life and I find that to be perfectly adequate on the HBH-30.

So if you want to save a few bucks, just get the -30!
