lol bugger, that advice was good althoguh my last exam is tomorrow lol.
One thing is as im quite a free and independent person I find it hard to just stick to a timetable.
I personally like to go to the gym about once a week and hate it although it keeps me fit, although after I feel such a sense of gratification which is nice, as of tomorrow night I have like nothing to do apart from make money and socialise so I may try to go to the gyn every 2/3 days whcih could improve my sleep as a whole?

it will luke, i just to go 4/5 times a week and i'd never have a problem sleeping - more of a problem staying awake
And on top you feel better coz your looking after yourself a bit

try cycling, its a feeling of freedom you get, a way of getting fit, and clearing your mind. also the fresh air is good for you and should help you sleep.

actually lee I do run lol, althoguh recently because of the exams I havent been to the gym much (not a very good excuse but I stopped doing allot of what I did when the exams started)
@ Bat - I dont have a bike lol....
one thing that used to make me sleep well was actually a good hour of sex earlier in the day, I know its quite weird but when I had a gf I did normally sleep better if I had sex....
Also the other technique you mentioned wthe imagining thig does work, but thats only when im tired, I find I have a spacilistic mind (or so a test said) and basically when im tired but cant sleep I imagine similar things, I imagine people, shapes, objects in 3d and can twissle them around in my head, and work out the sides and backs even though I may never have seen them before. Im even doing it right now as I type with objects on my desk. I usually rotate things round and them zoom in on one particualr part... then change part or object

i worry too much about loads of things...theres some real big things on me mind atm...i just dont really wanna talk about them to anyone really...
