The P910 was a great upgrade to the P800 and the P990 will be a great upgrade to the P900. If you skip one generation you are doing good.

i`ll buy p990 (or M600) that is sure (i`m currently using p910) but i`ll wait for a price drop, and i don`t mind waiting, coz p910 suits all my needs (great device STILL) - a year i think.

Have had the p910 for a year now and the only thing missing from it is wifi and a better camera. I don't use the camera much but that's because of the image quality.

I'll definitely upgrade for those two features. But I'll wait for a price drop.

It is also these two features that I miss with my P900 and therefore I think I will upgrade once the P990 is down in price. How I wish they had made the P990 smaller in size though... This message was posted from a P900

I have the same dilemma:i am using a p910i and i'm very happy with it.I have over 70 progs installed on it and buying a p990i at launching would mean throwing all that away and replace 'em with..nothing.No progs available for p990i yet and not a year from now.Ok,UMTS is nice,I'd like that but don't use anything else included..plus the fact that it's so damn expensive for at least a year since launching.I think i won't switch for at least a year! When I use to have my P800 back then, told myself to see how the P910i will 'fair' . . . been with me for just a week and have seen not much improvements, better get the P800-again, if ever . . . but for the specs, I guess there's a BIG jump from the P910i to the P990, so I guess it will be worth the buy this time

Wow I woulkd love to know what spec your P800 is if you cannot see any real difference between it and the P910i, my P800 was not as good as my P900 and certainly not in seame league as my P910i it would crash as soon as I opened an email attachment of any size! had hopless storage the list went on and on.

read this makes me feel even more critical of waiting for the never-coming P990

about 760 euro retail, about same what P990 will cost I am afraid.

Come on SE, get your stuff together and release a decent P990 fast n cheap please!

As stated the better camera and wifi are the main draws for me but not until most of the software that I rely on now is available on it. TT5 Mobile5/6, Magic Profiles etc. Since Smartmovie can now play 25fps smoothly I can cope with my P910 for a good while longer!
