until then i've seen Protein are the main factor to gain weight

and some of them aswell.. thanks guys for the tips, but make sure keep it coming! more tips is better than one

Im in the same predicament as you Mr Quick, Ive tried protein, but it makes you fart like the whole day!!! and smelly ones...

But seriously I agree about eating a lot coupled with proper exercise to stimulate blood circulation which helps distribute nutrients around your body properly. Also, take multivitamins, iron, calcium to protect your body from getting sick and appetite stimulant to make you eat more.
Without exercise you will generally feel tired and low.

heavy weights and low reps...
this is what i do and i can feel the difference pretty much everytime i go to the gym and by heavy wieghts we mean proper pushing yourself to distraction, for example i leg press 165kg for 2 x 12 reps. fooking kills when you get off by you forget about the pain once you have been a tricrep pressed 65kg 2 x 12!
get yaself down a gym...
