I'm going away friday and although he doesn't owe me as much as others, the money he does owe me would be spent on this holiday. He guarenteed me almost 3 weeks ago that I would have it by this date, there is NO sign yet of this happening.

Secondly, Im in the same position as you and call the Canadian Consumer Gateway on a few occasians.
I told you im doing my best to get the money back and it will be back soon. No need to get these fools involved.
Btw, there is nothing you can do if the money is not returned. Trust me on that one. If you think you could then feel free to try. And alec why would i try to act like my mom or dad or what ever to avoid you? you called my house 5 times while i was out and only my mobile once this morning. if you called my mobile from 2 onwards i would of answered.

No it wouldn't, forums don't come under data protection act, anyone can request an IP if it's for the right reasons, the supplier needs to make sure that they need it for lawful reasons though.

Personally if you owed me money you'd be in alot more shit then what you are with Alec and the other lad, you owe money and YOU need to deal with it, not a supplier. The supplier owes YOU money, YOU owe someone else money, you need to sort it dispite the supplier owing you money.

Personally lads, i'd phone the police up and report him for theft or something, see what the police can do. If I owe someone money, I stay in constant contact, full updates and repay them ASAP, not "as soon as I get my money from this 1 guy". Go get a job and pay these people what you owe!
