i think m600's design is far more better than p990. But p990 wins this challenge with the power of its cameras and features. But that design... Don't you agree me? P900/910 design is more proper and charismatic. Anyway, m600 is a good choice, especially if you don't need the cams.

my replacement TyTN is arriving tomorrow and though it is my first choice, my M600 will take pride of place as my second phone and my P990 is relegated to... well no where really as I'll be boxing it until the next firmware update after which I'll give it another go
so for me M600 is the choice for this thread

I'm currently using both handsets and the one thing I've found is that some of the punctuation symbols are on different keys, so I slow down a little when writing messages! The screen is awesome on both and the smaller form factor of the M600i is a definite bonus over the P990i.
The M600i will never be my main handset, mainly because it lacks a camera (but give it 6-9 months and I'm sure we'll see a handset to compete with the new BB Stealth.
If I was forced to go with ONE, it'd probably be the P990i... but only once the firmware is slightly more reliable. I'm fortunate that one number for personal and one for work, so get to carry both around (plus a K800i to boot!).

like all the others, it took some time for me to get used to the qwerty keyboard of the M6 but once i got used to it, i couldnt imagine how i was writing e-mail on the old P910. at times, i find myself not using the touchscreen at all.
the p990 is a nice status phone, but i find it a bit outdated. the fact that it was delayed because of various firmware issues bothers me. and it still has the 2mp cam and uses a MSD? c'mon!
for the meantime the M600 is a good phone, while i wait for the P990 to get the cybershot cam and the M2 memory

i'm having the same problem as most. p990 or m600?
i never used the camera on my p900 or p910, but who did? - its rubbish. And since i've managed perfectly well with a phone with a camera as bad as the p910's then i'm sure a could manage with a phone without one at all.
So even though i've been waiting for p990 for 100 years (give or take decade) i think the m600 is looking the more attractive option - but why they didn't add WiFi is a mistery.
And a quick note to people unsure about the keyboard - what about the w950? Same phone as the m600 but with normal keys and 4GB memory, this has got to be an option too?
Bad news is that i'm due an upgrade on O2 and i'll just have to wait and see which of SE's phones will be available.
And whats the difference between the duos and the M2s - besides the M2 sticks being easier to lose and more expensive?

i was waiting for p990 for ages bfore m600 hijacked! its cool n its design is sophisticated, simple but u dont get bored easily. its keyboard is awesome! get used to it n u wont stop typing it! the only thing the phone lacks of my need is a radio, thts y im considering w950, thou i dun like its keypad. for me, a wifi is a must nowadays, to add muscle to the power

M600 bar none for me right now... Somehow the slime design and the white color kills the need for camera and wi-fi. Dunno, but currently I just need a good replacement for my P910i that doesn't burn a hole in my pocket.

anybody know what the price difference between the m600 and thw w950 is going to be? i think the the w950 will be alot more expensive with 4GB and a radio - but ut does seem that it will be the better phone as ;long as the OS is the same.
Although i know that if i dont get the p990 then i'll kick myself when they release skype for it.

IMO, the w950 is geared for walkman users, thus the higher resident memory, radio and "normal" keypads. but, i read somewhere that the w950 will not have the office apps installed. also am not sure but also read that the browser of the w950 does not support rss feeds. the w950 looks cool and all but its still the m600 for me (i just love the looks of the white one), and im sure the w950 will be more expensive.
