I had to do the TCP/IP also, choose "IPv4".
In my case I had these figures:
IP Adress: 192.168.1.149 (149 could be just anything)
Gateway: 192.168.1.1 (address to your gateway)
DNS: 255.255.255.0

Aargh! I've tried just about everything suggested here and I still can't connect to the internet through my home WLAN. My laptop and desktop PC are connected, though...

I have another wlan problem:
In the university I have to use EAP-TTLS with PAP inner authentication. But only EAP-MD5 and EAP-MS-CHAPv2 are offered.
Any solutions on this?

frustratingly, or perhaps I should say happily, it was a one off problem and wifi has been fine since so I haven't had an opportunity to investigate further

That's almost it. Any ideas?
How does your settings on your phone look like?
Try this
1 headmenu(Huvudmeny) 2 Tools(Verktyg) 3 Controlpanel(kontrollpanelen) 4 Connections (Anslutningar) 5 Internetaccount.
If you havent your Acount there we need to make one(If you allready have one look at your settings).
Press the arrow on the top -New Account, WLAN.
-Accountname(kontonamn) Type whatever you want like "Home".
-Networkname: Type in you SSID name if its invisible or you can search it if it's vissible.
-Authentication: I think you shall have shared(delad) if you have to type in a password.
-Type in your WEP key that you have in the router.
Hit save and Add to Group Internet
Go to Groups under Internetaccounts. Click your group (default Interner).
Click your WLAN name account ex Home.
Change priority to 1
Switch to flight mode(only now for test) on your phone and Activate your WLAN.
Make sure you have shared key on your router and have DHCP enable and MAC filter OFF(you can have it on I recomend you to have MAC filter on but you have to manually enter the phone MAC adress). Dubble check your WEP key is it hex or dec. If its on you need to add your mac address in the router you find your mac adress on the phone under "WLAN". The top arrow, MAC-adress(this is uniqe to your phone only). Sometimes you need to restart the router so w8 a cuple of sec.
Try to access to Internet now. Hope it works for you
If it dosent works make your WLAN open and try out step by step.
This is useful if you get the "can not locate...." screen. I just went through this instructions again, double checking everything and it started working. The only thing I think I changed was authentication to "shared".
I would help ppl myself but my Wifi knowledge is poor
