The sales staff are more interested in meeting targets so don't expect 100% honesty from them. Some of them can be ruthless!

Always deal direct with the Network. CPW and P4U are third parties, so that's just a middle man to get in the way and F**K things up. The amount of rubbish and total LIES they tell people is unbelievable.
Orange have just pulled all Unlimited and loyalty offers from CPW and P4U for that exact reason. Misselling and LYING to customers, so the priviledges they had are gone.
Most other networks will follow suit because they sell it and after 14 days tell them to P**S off to the network if thay have a problem.
The network then say we can't do anything cos you bought it at ??? so the customer is the one who loses out. It is in fact CPW/P4U who are responsible for helping the customer but they don't want to, and are trained not to, they are there to merely push sales, and don't have any regard for customer service.
Network only guys, trust me they aint perfect but they are MUCH MUCH better.
