im on my second k800i, the 1st one litterally died within about 6 hours of having got it.
the prognosis : white screen of death.
Thats all it done and pee'd me off very much so, as i paid £250 for the phone. and it outright died within hours.
My current one seems to be working absolutely fine, ive had this one for about a month and 2 weeks now.

Sorry to hear of the other problems. I'm still waiting for T-Mobile to send me the return pack (been waiting nearly 2 weeks) so I can send back my k800i, I don't want another one. I'm still trying to use it but the joystick has started to play up now!? When I move the stick 'right' it acts like I have pushed it in so if I am writing a text message it will try and send it whilst i'm still writing!
It's also gone so slow as well - takes an age to navigate around pics / messages etc...
I can't wait for the return pack to arrive! If it ever does!!?
