I always hear people complaining about their motorola phones... From NEXTEL's to RAZR, ROKR, they seem to have software issues, crashing, and doing wierd things. So I've always thought Motorolas were garbage. I had my T616 for 3 years! past 6 months the joystick was getting a bit sticky sometimes, but otherwise, a very good phone, and I looked outside of SE at nokias and stuff, the k750 was on my list, and the W800, but then saw the k790a (US), and decided to hold out... all year I was reading reports, and watching the SE site, And I finally got the k800 last week, it is the baddest phone!! 3.2 MP is such good quality from a cell phone... I'm no longer using my 4MP digital camera (battery hog) Now, the wait for 2 & 4 gb M2 cards begins...

I don't think there is because of the sheer volumes sold. I read the W810i outsold the RAZR in many regions this year.

already No 2 in the UK, it now has Nokia in its sights.
If it does manage to claim the No1 spot in 2007 it will be an amazing achievement. Its strategy of separating music and imaging seems to be paying off with it cornering the market for both in the UK - the W850i and W810i both doing well.
LGs K800 is the new RAZR - it being its best seller globally.

no doubt the names "walkman" and "cybershot" helped with the sales.
but the SE logo is getting know aswell.
while the 2brand names come from sony, the idea for the SE logo came from the good old ericcson handsets.
it seems that countrywize the best joingventure is swedish-japanees.
