Took them about 4 days to reply to my first emailing asking i wanted to cancel via another method than phone. The replied telling me to ring so i sent em a stinking email back and then about a week later got that...
Makes me laugh as said will respond within 24hours

Well i cannot cancel through the bank as it is not a direct debit the bank said it must be a standing order, GRR!

Took them long enough, so anybody care to recommend anybody otherwise i am going with tesco, there only like £13.97 or something per month, not bad me thinks!

I was going to see if i could get the £10 back they charged me as i went over my free month as i could never get through but decided not to bother as i can imagine it would take yonks

Yeah i doubt it would be worth it really. I am so glad it is over, got my gym membership cancelled today aswell, and now that, yay!
A word of warning to people, stay well clear of these cowboys there awful. Cancelling is a nightmare!
