sounds to me like its a fault with your phone, why dont you phone who ever you got it off and demand a replacement? Its not supposed to make that noise plus its happend from the day you got it so its been sold to you faulty there for it has to be replaced. i wouldnt waste my time with looking for a service center id just get a replacement.

thanks for the advice. might have to do that. just hoping that i've got time to do it. i'll try later in the day. anyways i'm getting my m600 tomorrow through t-mobile hoping i won't get the same problem. hehehe.
