Looks like ISSUANCE of handsets has some kind of - CODING too
Say, like: RED in Europe only and Black and Silver - majority in Asia etc. etc.

dunno 'bout you guys, but here in the philippines, k750i is still being sold at a local shop for PhP11,000++ (about 220usd) sadly, SE phones are being snobbed by the majority here, as they prefer nokia.
i was even lucky enough to have gotten my k608i which was in the last batch of them before they dicontinued shipping.

It is still a big seller on the PAYG market in the UK - along with the W810. I can't see this little money-maker getting the push anytime soon - not in the UK anyway.

That's right, i wanted to share the situation in Turkiye, and to ask how it is in your countries. The cancellation of k750 here is even stranger, as k800 wasn't released in Turkiye.
I'm gonna e-mail SE again, complain about their silence to my first e-mail, and ask for further info. I let you people know if i come across anything.

@jemuel - Yup, you are correct mate ! There was a re-issuing of the K600i
fone model at our end dude . . . Php 9K (brand new/not reconditioned or what), with that I guess the K608i might just follow-suit
Oh yeah, I'm beginning to see some in limited shops, the SILVER one !

I think there will be a gap in the market if this is discontinued. The K800i isn't small enough for some.
