I remember when I dropped my W800 for the first time. It was on a rock floor in a restaurant. The front upper left corner actually got dented!! It hurt quite a lot. But amazingly the one that hurt the most was a few days after I got my K790.
I was using it as a torch in a blackout and I dropped it from about 5 feet high onto a tile floor. The phone bounced and spun around in the air super fast. The force was so great the zero key popped out and all the dust on the inside of the display that was stuck to the actual display stuck on the outside cover.
I just popped the key back in and nothing happened. Good as new!! Super good build quality SE.
Fortunately I still haven't dropped my K790.

@masseur, dumbrella, and deluded, i have that feeling too. Once it is damaged it will never be the way it was, unspeakably annoying

I wish that SE makes changeable covers like Nokia, though..
One night i had my T230 under the pillow and knocked it away as i was sleeping. The phone had fallen through the gap between my bed and the wall it is next to, and had tiny skidmarks on screen frame - unacceptable for a guy who cleans dust from between the keys with a toothpick! My phone was a few months old back then.

@daviep: That's what I'm afraid of right now. I bought a clear case for my K800i, and I'm thinking about getting a leather case or a body glove case to replace it.

I remember having a s700i when they first came out about a year and a half ago, they cost a good fair few hundred quid it was basically brand new and spotless then I dropped it on cement while i was sitting down being the bar of soap shape like it slipped out of my hand. It had dented the edges and i was gutted
